If you are coming to this website in search of properties for rent, below are a few tips to help you use the website:

1. If a rental unit is available it will be posted on this site. No need to ask us if it is available as once a lease on a unit is signed it is immediately removed from this site.

2. If you are interested in a rental unit on this site please fill out an application to rent by clicking the "Apply Now" button above. This is the first step to being able to view any available unit. Your application can be carried over to any property (no need to apply multiple times for several properties).

3. You can not view any properties unless your application has been approved. No need to ask to view a property until you are approved.

4. The application process can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days! It all depends on how quickly we can get in touch with your references, employers, etc. You will be contacted via email to indicate whether you have been approved or denied. 

5. Once you are approved you will receive a text or phone call to set up a time to view the rental unit you are interested in. 

6. We receive DOZENS of calls a day asking about available rental units and without the system above, we wouldn't have time to do anything except answer the phone! Contacting us to find out any of the above information will severely lessen your chances of being able to rent one of our properties.
