MUST READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Before you are able to view a property you have to be approved. To apply click on the "Apply Now" Tab at the top. All of the properties we have available will be listed on this site (No need to call us). The application process will take anywhere from 3-14 calander days. It all depends on how quickly we can get in touch with your references, employers, application quantity received, etc. You will be contacted via email to indicate whether you have been approved or denied. If approved you will receive a text or phone call to set up a time to view the rental unit you are interested in. 

Some important things to keep in mind:

• Your card will be charged once we review your application NOT when you submit your application. 
• An application can be submitted to multiple properties. You do not need to pay more than once.
• All properties are on a first come first serve basis. 

We receive DOZENS of calls a day asking about available rental units and without the system above, we wouldn't have time to do anything except answer the phone! Contacting us to find out any of the above information will severely lessen your chances of being able to rent one of our properties.
