Pets

Many of us have furry friends we love and want to be able to live with us because they are a part of our family. I myself have three of them (A golden retriever, beagle, and a cat)! I enjoy coming home to them every day and seeing all their crazy antics!

Unfortunately, they do take a toll on my home. When they come in from outside they are always muddy after it rains, they shed like crazy (there is SO MUCH hair), they love to eat things (including my baseboard!!), and they poop like CRAZY! No matter how well trained my pets are they do cause additional wear and tear on my home, but because I love them I deal with the mess and clean it up time after time.

We have developed a pet policy that will hopefully allow most of our furry friends to join you in your new rental unit.  Our pet policy is listed below, but please keep in mind:

NOT ALL OWNERS ALLOW PETS, AND/OR SOME OWNERS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT PET POLICIES.

If you are interested in a specific unit look in the description to see if pets are allowed. We do not control which units do and do not allow pets. If pets are allowed in the unit you are interested in the following policy will apply unless otherwise noted.

Pet Policy:

35 lb. weight limit for dogs
Must provide proof of valid dog license
Must provide proof of ongoing flea medication
Additional $25 monthly fee per pet
No more than two pets per residence
$150.00 non-refundable pet deposit
MUST clean up after your pet outside AND litter boxes.
Cats and dogs must have identification tags on at all times
