Pets

We appreciate and understand that many people have pets.  That being said we have developed a pet policy that will hopefully allow most of our furry friends to join you in your new rental unit.  Our pet policy is listed below, but please keep in mind:

NOT ALL OWNERS ALLOW PETS, AND/OR SOME OWNERS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT PET POLICIES.

If you are interested in a specific unit look in the description to see if pets are allowed. We do not control which units do and do not allow pets. Additionally, there may be restrictions on the type of bread and/or size of the pets allowed at specific units. If pets are allowed in the unit you are interested, in the following policy will apply unless otherwise noted.

Pet Policy:

• Must provide proof of valid dog license
• Must provide proof of ongoing flea medication
• Additional $25 monthly fee per pet
• No more than two pets per residence
• $150.00 non-refundable pet deposit per pet
• MUST clean up after your pet outside AND litter boxes
• Cats and dogs must have identification tags on at all times
